 Responsibilities
- Data collecting and processing: regular sales report, department store ranking and any relative charts
- Order processing for counter and counter stock report
- Filing: contractor filing, fax and document receipt from field and any relative filling job
- Administrative work: meeting and travel arrange, ticket and hotel booking, expense collection and filling
Cross function communication: assist sales team to coordinate with other divisions.

Requirements:
- Experience in relative position at least 2 years
- Skilled in data processing with micro software
- Good sense of figure
- Skilled in filling
- Good ability in travel/meeting arrangement
- Good in English both for spoken and written
- Good communication skills
- Extroverted, well organized
- Willing to learn
- Attitude of “can do”/”make it happen”
- Good sense of teamwork
