• Initiate new product propositions in trade, factoring and cross border RMB and be responsible for delivery of the new products end-to-end, i.e, from design, development through launch
• Provide customized solutions for supply chain finance program
• Enrich and improve the Bank’s existing trade, factoring, supply chain and cross border RMB product suite from time to time
• Explore, plan and negotiate for cooperation with other banks and/or non_bank entities to develop new growth paths for the Bank’s trade business
• Review on on-going basis the effectiveness in which products are delivered to customers, from back end to front end

任职要求：

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant banking experience in new clients pitching and maintenance, with strong knowledge in corporate lending and trade finance, product knowledge of working capital trade and cash management solutions and/or working experience gained in foreign banks as an advantage, managerial experience is also a great plus
• Sound knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBRC, SAFE and taxation
• Strong customer service orientation, good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
