JOB PURPOSE

*     Ensure airfreight operation proceeded

*     To deliver good quality airfreight operation according to  Bollore group's requirement

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

Customers service  job duty

*             follow up the shpt for Key account client and specific clients . ESTEE LAUNDER and other Name Account 

*             Communicate with overseas and customer and make the most updated information timely and accurately

*             keep good relationship with current customers

*             Responsible for Input/ update the Tracking report timely and accurately to meet client’s expectation

Operational job duty

*             Prepare/check necessary documents used for the order according to the SOP of Specific client

*             Input shipment data and cost into Pegasus system and invoicing to client or Network timely and accurately

*            closing job file on time according to SOP of specific client

KPI and work quality

*             Fulfill the KPI set by Manager

*             For specific clients, Related SOPs need to be followed

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS

*             Provide feedback on service/working process improvement to Team Leader

*             Reply e-mails promptly and not later than close of business on each day

*             Work closely with Sales, Pricing, other support teams to meet customer’s satisfaction

*             Maintain flight schedules to be updated on-timely and correctly for tracing purpose from customer

*             Ensure all applicable freight and charges are collected from relevant parties (suppliers/ clients/ destination offices, etc.), and report immediately to Team Leader if any payment is not settled timely.

*             Non-working hour and holiday duty or emergency handling if needed.

*             Other works assigned by her direct Manager

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

*             College Degree or above

*             Mandarin and English language proficiency

*             Computer literate

*             Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties

SPECIFIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

?             Able to use operational systems familiarly

?             Able to use his /her professional knowledge/work experience to answer client’s general or special questions
