职位描述

Responsibilities:

Deploy and monitor the implementation of Sales strategies and initiative for the Customer

Key account and stores management

Monitor the performance of retailer’s sales and merchandising team to ensure field execution as per our standard

Provide professional service to assigned customers to solicit their best support to distribute CP products

Actively collect market information to ensure that the company is up-to-date with the latest market situation

Collect customer’s receivable on time and alert potential credit risk to manage DSO within regional target

Deliver Monthly Sales goals through the effective placement of Sales team and resources management

Manage expenses within the S&B budget given by the manager

Conducts monthly Business Review with all key Customers

Create the Best Place to Work environment – Work with each Contract Sales person to ensure they are trained to deliver the company’s expectations at store level

Provide weekly data from the Contract Sales Force on Initiative





Competencies:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Good English and computer operation skills

3. 3 Years or above sales experience in FMCG company

4. Strong communication and negotiation Skill

要求

1. 大学本科毕业

2. 3 年以上相关工作经验

3. 电脑技能

4. 英语能力良好
