Responsibilities:

1. 协助收集审核提单数据，与客户沟通澄清缺失信息。

2. 协助制作提单，处理但正相关事宜。

3. 协助跟进费用结算情况，处理单证相关事宜。

4. 协助处理内部及外部客户的咨询邮件，以及资料整理归档。

5. 领导安排的其他任务。

Qualifications:

1. 熟练使用Excel， Word 等办公软件。

2. 打字速度较快，约100字/分钟

3. 英文良好
