Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the relationship with component & accessory sub-suppliers, i.e. NDA, Supply Agreements, price negotiation, cost tracker, volume rebate etc.

• Liaison with OEMs and finished good purchasing team, routine work including   RFQs, PIS, ERP,SRM etc.

• Continuous benchmark follow-up on related product cost down activities.

• Deliver daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports or summaries as assigned by purchasing manager China.

• Other issues not covered by above

         

Experience: 

·         At least 8-10 years’ experience (sourcing or procurement, supply chain, Engineering etc) in appliances or similar industry with solid experience and track record of working for multi-national firm.

·         Specialized in Electronics(PCBA) with deep understanding to the industry.

·         Know Mechanical (both Plastic and Metal) / Package/Motor/Powercord cost and market trend.

·         Proficient in verbal and written English and Mandarin; able to communicate with China suppliers as well as overseas customers independently.        

• Self-motivated, Independent.Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills

• Able to work effectively across Functions

     

Functional Skills/Knowledge

• Strong Execution/Negotiation/Persuasion/communication skills

• Independent

• Team co-operation spirit and related skills,

• Skilled in Computer languages such as Microsoft Office, and project, ERP.

• Experience in Cost model build an advantage

Education/Certifications/Affiliations

Bachelor degree (or above) in electronics /mechanical/trading/supply chain related

Travel Requirements

          Travel through East/South China (Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong)
