• Cooperate with Huawei staff to prepare all relative doc per Huawei’s request and submit payment document to Huawei in time following with BOLLORE LOGISTICS instruction.
•  Be a good channel and Coordinate daily operation between Huawei and BOLLORE LOGISTICS Shenzhen office.
• Monitor and arrange daily trucking arrangement, daily report update into website.
•  Attend Huawei training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
•  Follow team leader and company management’s instruction.     
• To optimize and harmonize relationships with Huawei.
• 配合华为员工准备相关的文件，根据华为的要求，在硕达的指导下，及时向华为准确交付相关文件；
• 协助硕达深圳公司与华为建立良好的沟通协调的渠道和日常操作；
• 监督和安排日常货运相关工作,并在系统中更新日报。
• 参加华为培训开发相关的知识和技能。
• 跟随团队领导和公司管理的指令。     
• 优化和协调与华为的关系。

• College Degree or above
• Mandarin and English language proficiency
• Computer literate 
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties  
• 大专及以上学历
• 中文，英文良好
• 熟练操作办公软件
• 沟通良好
