1，有至少18个月正式从事测试工作的经验，能够在测试领域独当一面；

2，熟悉测试工作中常规的工作流程及其含义，知其然知其所以然；

3，对“产品”（岗位）有一定意识和认识，能够直接在产品层面对软件提出要求并进行针对测试；

4，至少会一种编程语言，至少熟悉一种测试框架；

5，可在一周以内到岗位；

6，无沟通障碍，性格开朗；
