Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for a complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing and selection, candidate presentation, interview arrangement and offer management until the candidate on board successfully;

负责公司所有招聘流程直至候选任成功入职，包括但不限于简历搜索筛选，电话邀约，面试安排以及offer谈判

2. Support departments to develop and review JDs whenever necessary and ensure all JDs are ready and up-to-date

帮助各部门修改完善岗位职责并确保所有岗位的岗位职责更新至最新版

3. Be responsible for updating and maintaining of employees’ data to support relevant data analysis reports

更新及维护员工数据并制作相关的分析报告

4. Execute On-boarding/ off-boarding process.

负责入离职流程管理

5. Coordinate and ensure all training program 100% attendance.

协调培训项目，确保各部门出勤率

6. Support to implement staff activities to enhance and promote company culture and Vision and Values

协助展开员工活动并宣传企业文化及价值观

7. Other assignments and coordination upon request

Requirements:

1. University education or equivalent

大学本科学历

2. 1-3 years’ experience in recruitment field with good track record, experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry MNCs is preferred

1-3年招聘经验，跨国企业/货代/船公司经验者优先，

3. Ability to maintain highly confidential information of HR as well as company at all times

对人力资源相关信息有高度保密意识

4. Good written and spoken English skill

良好的英文呢读写能力

5. Good command of PC skills: word, excel, PPT, email and internet etc

良好的电脑操作能力

6. Efficient, diligent, strong communication skill

7. Can work under pressure
