职位描述

General Purpose

To manage and process our commercial division’s customer purchase orders, work closely with our China based purchasing and logistics team and our Hong Kong third party logistics provider to fulfill our customer purchase orders as timely and efficiently as possible. To work and support the sales and marketing team as required.

To be responsible for Legrand US/EU/AP DI shipments, Legrand US/EU/AP non-DI inbound and outbound shipment follow up, customs declaration issues monitor etc.

岗位职责Duties and Account Abilities

Legrand AP Customer orders and coordination

  • Processing and coordinating purchase orders from our regional customers

      处理和协调区域客户的采购订单

  • Process the daily orders fulfillment (Enter SO in SAP, releasing orders to supplier, monitor the order status, etc.)

      处理日常订单执行(SAP中输入SO,向供应商下达订单,监控订单状态等)

  • Communicating with our customers on a daily basis to provide status updates on their pending orders and fielding any questions relating to their orders. Customers complains etc.

      每天与客户沟通,提供客户未完成订单的状态更新,并回答与客户订单相关的任何问题, 如客户抱怨等。

  • Setting up and creating new product information for the consumer team in SAP

      为SAP客户团队建立和创建新产品信息

  • Provide a variety of information relating to our product as and when is requested from the sales team

      当销售团队要求时,提供与我们产品相关的各种信息

  • Working with the sales and marketing team to arrange sample deliveries and marketing goods on a regular basis.

  • Assist with the creation, development, and implementation of processes and procedures.

  • Provide support for key account team and customer in professional way. Ensure commitments to customers are met, build customer confidence and is focused on increasing customer satisfaction through professional communication and hardworking.

Legrand US/EU/AP orders shipments arrangement

To cooperate with internal and external to provide the logistics services, including but not limit for shipping, local delivery, parcel, LCL, and FCL shipments, warehouse, inventory control, stock taking, etc.

配合公司内部及外部提供物流服务,包括但不限于海运、本地发货、包裹、拼箱、整箱发货、仓储、库存控制、盘点等。

  • Shipping arrangement 出货安排

       A Based on Sales Order or Sales request, book shipping space for ocean/air cargo. 

           根据销售订单或销售要求,预订海运/空运货物的舱位

       B Arrange Milk Run delivery, Vendor FCL shipments from vendors to customers. 安排送货,供应商整箱发货

       C Monitor vendor Customs declaration status. 监控供应商的报关情况。

       D Prepare documents for ocean/air shipments to customers. 准备海运/空运给客户的文件。

       E Marketing Material shipment coordination.  营销材料出货协调

  • SAP update: Receiving & Delivery, inventory in and out process.
       SAP更新:收货和发货,库存进出库流程。

  • Coordinate the import shipments from USA to AP HK warehouse.
       协调从美国到香港的进口货物


US/EU/AP PO inbound delivery

  • Monitor the purchasing order ex-factory date. 监督采购订单的出厂日期

  • Arrange vendor arrange delivery in time. 安排供应商及时发货。

  • Process Migo, Cargo receiving in SAP. SAP中处理Migo,货物接收

  • Check vendors’ commercial invoices and apply for the cargo payment to vendors.

       审核供应商的商业发票,并向供应商申请货款。


Job requirements 岗位要求

  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written), English, Mandarin.

       良好的沟通能力(口头和书面),英语和普通话

  • Experience with SAP preferred. SAP工作经验者优先

  • Proven ability and track record within logistics / operations. 

       在物流/运营方面有良好的能力和记录

  • Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team. 

       具有独立工作和团队合作的能力

  • Be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through skills. 
       注重细节,有出色的跟进能力
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers, internet and MS Office suite of software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (or related e-mail system).

       熟练使用个人电脑、互联网及WordPowerPointExcelOutlookMS Office套装软件(或相关电子邮件系统)

  • With a high sense of responsibility and work under pressure, work in team sales environment & Motivated, self-starter who desires success.

  • Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs.

       具备灵活有效的时间管理能力,并能根据组织或部门的需要对工作进行优先排序


Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • College degree or above. 大专或以上学历

  • Min. 5-year customer service and logistics experience. 至少5年客户服务和物流经验

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidate with similar experience at famous TV brand or national household appliance chain store would be preferred.
