ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· DA machine conversion, repair and deal with the machine abnormal and issues.

· DA machine and tooling improvement to reduce product defect.

· DA recipe set-up and buy-off for new product.

· DA DOE support, data collection, action A follow up.

· Check the product defects in DP/DA/WB process, response for root cause initial investigating and lot dispose;

· Support engineering team on execution.

· Support night-shift recipe set-up and buy-off, and deal with abnormal in night

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

· College or above, better to have Bachelor degree.

· Minimum 2- 5 years’ work experience in die attach process engineering or equipment

· Familiar with DB700/800/830 equipment and process, Familiar with machine trouble shooting and alarm handling;

· Experience on machine and tooling routine PM;

· Good sense and follow up on quality issue and project

· Workable English.

· Accept shift work

· Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, Jmp.

PREFERRED:

· Better to have DP or WB work experience.

· Certificate in Wellness

SKILLS:

· Demonstrated understanding of ASSY Process flow and new package process design.

· Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization

· Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment

· Strong active learn skills.
