Job Description

·       Co-work with sales to gain new or existing product business share in market to support NCN business growth.

·       Provide on-site technical service to key customer, demonstrate product value to customer.

·       Maintain and develop multi-level relationship both inside and outside.

·       Identify, manage and deliver new business opportunities for target application

·       Visit target customers and key OEMs to collect VOCs and unmet needs. Switch to product CTQs to project team. Co-work with project team to develop new product to market.

·       Collaborate with various functions such as PLM, R&D, Sales, Marketing to enhance project success rate & new product promotion.

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering

·       Above 3 years’ in Manufacturing, Engineering or R&D experience from PCB/FPC industry, preferably in circuit process.

·       Good logical thinking ability

·       Good communication and presentation skills

·       Energetic, strong drive to success

·       Fluent in English and Mandarin

·       Ability to travel within N-China at least 50% of the time
