1- Understand and document customer needs and requirements. Manage and negotiate customer requirements, change requests, and unwritten expectations.

2- Responsibilities focused around the development of Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS), as well as other electronic products out of the portfolio.

3- Develop the system requirements based upon and traced to the customer requirements for mechanical, electrical and software disciplines

4- Develop system architecture in an unambiguous, clear, and understandable way that electrical, mechanical and software engineers know exactly what needs to be done to meet customer expectations

5- Create and maintain project documentation, such as:

     -System requirements specification

     -System architecture definition tailored to the specific project

     -System test plan

     -Other documents, as needed

6- Develop test procedures, analysis or test tools, execute functional and system testing

7- Create system documents following system common process

8- Support validation test and manufacture.

9- Leads and moderates cross functional technical workshops including requirements review

10- Develop with the support of the customer the system level DFMEA for the product

11- Coordinate with manufacturing and software teams to develop interface requirements including EOL and module programming requirements

12- Cooperation in development of the product roadmap by engaging actively in customer and expert workshops for future innovative products and functions.

13- Support creation of:

      -Detailed discipline specific design description

      -Mechanical/Electrical and hardware/software interface specifications

      -8D reports

      -Timing Plans

      -Other documents, as needed

？Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent

？4+ years’ experience with system engineering in the automotive industry or other areas of automotive embedded ECU development and integration (HW, SW, Test), 

？ADAS product experience is preferred

？Strong communication skills in visualization and verbal explanation. Strong personality in Systems Engineering techniques to proactively close knowledge gaps (structured interview, systems archeology, observation and elicitation)

？Willingness to work independently but also to engage with the development team on a regular basis

？Knowledge of vehicle EE-Architectures an bus structures and formats.

？Knowledge in hardware, software and mechanical design processes and validation.

？Experience in performing system risk assessment techniques (FMEA, FTA)

？Familiar with automotive Safety (ISO-26262) and Cyber Security (ISO-21434) norms

？Program Management / Project Management Skills

？High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult

   Recognizable empathy, with team spirit, and with high level of assertiveness.
