- Approach customer, provide our booking form to them.

    

- Create “Quick booking” in EDI within 24 hours after receive booking order from shipper.

    

- Send booking notification to agent. Provide appropriate cost /schedule and get approval from them.

    

- Place booking with carrier. Keep good relationship with carrier, ensure space released timely.

    

- Send booking confirmation to shipper. Provide closing time, sailing schedule, operation procedure and our teammate contact information to shipper.

    

- Create “Consolidation” & “Shipment” in EDI according to shipper/agent/carrier information. Make sure EDI data input accurately, timely and perfectly.

    

- Record the shipment details print out JOB SHEET to operation and document clerk, monitor local operation and document finished on time.

    

- Feedback all situation to shipper and agent forwardly and timely.

    

- Check the Job “Billing” in EDI, “Complete” it and print out “Profit and loss” sheet.

    

- Check the AR outstanding item termly (Bi-weekly).

    

- Visit customer termly, compile good suggestions from shipper, and improve service

    

    

任职要求：

    

1. 2-3 years work experience is preferred

    

2. CET-4 or above

    

3. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and anti-pressure ability

4. Have experience to handle TP trade.
