- 销售员的报价支持，审核并协调处理销售合同中出现的特殊服务条款
- 投标文件的准备，并协调内部进行标书审核
- 当地客户信息的输入和销售相关报表的管理
- 根据客户要求订单执行部门进行发货安排.
- 文档管理，包括当地客户文档、合同文件和其他重要文件管理.
- 接听客户来电并做来访前的准备，跟进客户需求
- 对分公司经理所需的业务资料进行整理和分析
- 负责协助分公司总经理准备所需数据、资料等
职位要求：
- 本科学历，商务/市场/物流/行政等相关专业
- 英语良好（通过CET-4）
- 熟练使用Office办公软件Excel / Word / PPT
- 团队合作精神，及良好的内外部沟通协调能力
- 能够在压力下工作
- 独立工作能力强并以结果为导向
