Position Overview:

This position is responsible for managing existing and new customer relationships. The Account Manager will be responsible for the promotion and sales of DuPont PV Tedlar films to module makers in PV market. He/she is also responsible for identifying new opportunities to catch up customers’ needs and driving profitable business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Adherence to company core values, code of conduct.
• Achieve target on business milestones, sales revenue and profitability.
• Deliver Financial Targets on assigned accounts through Key accounts management and new business development on top of PV Tedlar film spec-in& share gain at assigned territory.
• Build sustainable relationship with existing customers and make breakthrough in the new developed accounts in the market.
• Understand market trends/key customer needs to identify new opportunities and enable the selected partners to succeed with DuPont Photovoltaic solutions.
• Proactively update competition landscape and Market intelligence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above. Good written and spoken English.
• Minimum 6-8 years’ sales or business development experience in PV industry with good network will be a good plus.
• Experience in B2B key account is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen, ability to innovate and sales execution capability.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• A strong team player with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural groups to achieve stated goals.
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel frequently.
• Proactive, aggressive, initiative, result oriented and strong ownership.
