• Location: Shanghai/Suzhou

• Develop and improve the quality performance of Suppliers

• Conduct Quality Management System (QMS) audits (IATF16949), process reviews, environmental audits, compliance reviews on Skyworks Suppliers

• Lead together with supplier any complaint reported, issue and monitor SCAR’s and work with suppliers to achieve timely and comprehensive corrective actions

• Lead in Supplier Quality improvement teams manage supplier yield/data reporting, and ensure continuous improvement

  • Review PPM/Yield/SPC trend daily bases for especially critical part numbers

  • Review CTQ’s for both input & Output in a regular basis

  • Cost Reductions

  • Yield improvement/enhancements

• Support MRB evaluations, development of incoming quality requirements and statistical analysis of incoming and supplier process data

• Conduct weekly MRB activity, Yield and PCN reviews with Strategic suppliers, communicate any potential deviation from the standard process in advance. Review Supplier’s Material Review Board for applicable process/products

• Deliver results as measured by key metrics, such as supplier yield, field cost, field defect rate, customer spills & RMA’s, supplier quality plan effectiveness, and corrective & preventive action closure, CPK’s, GR&R.

• Supporting all aspects of product development and/or production, review of designs, MRB request activity, supplier request for information, and PO flow down requirements.

• Assure correct NPI deployment assuring quality and fast release

• Investigating and resolving non-conformances and escapes by utilizing industry and Skyworks investigation tools and practices, DMAIC, 8-D, FMEA, and driving initiatives to implement robust root cause corrective actions and mistake proofing.

• Provide support to Supply Chain Sourcing initiatives and product transfers; and Develop validation documentation to support new product development and changes to existing products

• Assist OTD metric, assuring needed expedites and production plan follow-up.

    Skill required

                                      

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin

• Familiar with SPC, Six Sigma Methodology, 8D, Six Sigma

• Able to Travel

• Min 10 years Experience in Laminate Assembly such as wire bonding, conformal shielding & advanced laminate packaging;Bumping DPS&WLCSP

• Proactive Individual who can work on the move

• Overall SiP package assembly process experience and process knowledge including flip chip
