RESPONSIBILITIES:

    

    

HR Operation (70%):

    

-Be responsible for new employee’s on-boarding, off-boarding process and other life cycle management

    

-Work with related department head on local hired issues and offering process

    

-Maintain the hiring channels & update it regularly

    

-Employee contract Management include new contract & refresh contract

    

-Payroll & IIT monthly calculation & declare

    

-Housing and social insurance management and regular maintain

    

-In charge of labor relations management in the whole company, including handling of labor disputes, personnel disputes etc.

    

-Employee performance management

    

- Other related HR operation tasks.

    

    

Data, Analysis and Reports (20%)

    

- Be responsible for the employee data maintain

    

- Employee personal file maintain

    

- HR Template create and maintain

    

- Attendance data maintain

    

    

Others (10%)

    

- HR related outsourcing vendors management like doing payment & checking

    

- Work with related depts. on the new employees’ orientation training

    

- Email box maintain

    

- Other HR tasks assigned by direct report.

    

    

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required

    

    

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Good English communication capability.
• Good execution skills and  micro-office skills.
• Patient, professional, self-motivated, and with strong service sense to employees.
• Effective communication with people from different cultures and levels.
• 5 years or above HR full function working experience.
• Very Familiar with relate local regulation and policies.
