职位描述：职责描述： 1）从事专业3Dmax建筑效果图； 2）根据项目要求进行效果图的模型工作； 3）配合上级及团队按要求完成任务； 4）参与与效果图相关的其它工作。 任职要求： 1）教育背景：建筑学相关专业，大专以上学历； 2）经 验：1年以上建模工作经验，有效果图公司经验优先； 3）知 识：掌握建筑设计相关法规及知识；了解国内外建筑行业的***及设计风格； 4）技能技巧：，熟练使用3Dmax ，天正CAD、Photoshop等软件，熟练掌握各种建模、渲染及表现技法； 5）态 度： 勤奋踏实，能吃苦耐劳，工作认真细致，有良好的职业道德，具有极强的敬业精神和责任心，有良好的团队意识，以及较强的主动性和创造性，能很好的配合设计师完成电脑效果图的绘制工作； 6）能 力：有较强的理解能力和沟通能力，有良好的建筑识图能力和领悟能力；有良好的三维空间想象力有一定的辅助设计能力。
