职位描述

This role will be responsible to develop, deliver, and evaluate retail learning and development activities to support IMAGINEX partnered brands across Mainland China in order to achieve business results. Additional duties or responsibilities may be assigned or modified according to business necessity.
The key responsibilities included but not limited to as following:
? Support assistant director in achieving L&D objectives.
? Conduct needs analysis and identify operational area of improvement with sales and operation team to determine training needs and formulate brand specific L&D solutions and approaches.
? Deliver sales, service, retail operation, and business-related offline training and coaching sessions to support frontline staff cross Mainland China.
? Create and develop online retail related training program for elearning.
? Organizes and develops training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
? Work closely with assigned brand and its in house trainer team to develop and provide support on L&D related activities initiated by assigned brand including digital learning solution, mystery shopper program, staff engagement, testing and evaluation.
? Provide administrative support to assistant director in planning and delivery of L&D events.
? Maintains accurate records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of L&D activities and to monitor trainees progress.
? Manage monthly learning and development calendar.
? Source and evaluate external training partners when needed.
? Frequent travel required.

? 提供销售,服务,运营,及业务相关的線下培训和辅导以支持中国各地的一线员工
? 設計和开发elearning平台上使用的线上零售课程
? 編制和开发培训工具,包含手册,参考資料,测试和评估,多媒体视觉辅助工具,以及其他教學相關的材料
? 与指定品牌及其内部培训团队紧密合作,为品牌所发起的L&D相关活动提供支援,包括数位学习方案,神秘访客项目,团队建设与员工关怀,知识测试和技能评估等
? 协助助理总监,提供在L&D活动执行时的行政相关工作支持
? 管理与维护准确的部门学习记录,并汇总统计报告以评估L&D活动的绩效及学员进度
? 管理每月部门的学习和发展活动日历
? 在需要时寻找并评估外部培训合作机构
? 需要经常差旅
职位要求:
? At least 3 years of retail supervisory and sales level training delivery experiences in fashion, beauty, or FMCG industry is a MUST.
? Retail frontline experience in fashion, beauty, or FMCG industry is preferred.
? Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills are required.
? Excellent service mindset and highly customer-focused.
? Trainer or Coaching related certification by prestigious institution such as IPA, ATD, or AACTP would be a definite advantage.
? Hands-On experience in elearning development would be a definite advantage.
? Good command of both spoken and written English is a plus.
? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
