n Expertise in company software and system. Specialize in data collection and analysis.

n Product knowledge in Major Appliance, Kitchen Cabinets or Furniture categories are preferred.

n Source, evaluate, develop and grow suppliers/manufacturers relationship within product category.

n Identify business opportunity to drive cost competitiveness and margin improvement.

n Capable to build industry landscape, vendor management playbook independently.

n Strong execution capability to on board new vendor and products.

n Good documentary abilities to maintain and update vendor contact list, SBA, NDA, Financial dashboard, company profile, sample tracking.

n Provide coaching to suppliers during the on boarding process to ensure compliance and documents completion.

n Good meeting notes and recap skills.

n Assist in buying trip arrangement and itineraries, logistics and accommodations including hotel booking and transportation. Join necessary buying trips.

n Communication with Import Ops. Manager, IPR for PO and shipment follow up

n Coordinate with SQE team, package, logistic department for key project development

Prepare agenda for weekly conference call with the U.S. and write meeting minutes.

design is preferred;
