MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION

设立该职务的基本目的

？ To lead and overall supervise tax function to achieve corporate and brands tax objectives in each year;

？ Ensure quality/timely tax filing in national scale on monthly / yearly;

？ In charge of tax risk assessment and management in full scope including corporate tax, turnover tax, transfer pricing;

？ To assist Finance Director for deeply involvement in related projects or strategy setting to support brand’s operation requirement and to maximizing benefit of company finance operation development

？ Organization improvement and team development, to build solid team to deliver high standard service

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

？ Ensure proper supervision of day-to-day tax related activities, including but not limited to:

- invoice management;

- tax filing;

- tax agents management;

- license application;

？ tax landing management;

？ Transfer pricing management and communication with HQ tax team;

？ Compliance management and Tax regulation updates and insights;

？ Develop and maintain the relationship with in charge authorities;

？ Handle unexpected cases, such as tax audit, customs audit;

？ Lead team development and transformation to build up a solid team to fulfil our business needs for now and future

？ With strong support to Finance Director on related projects to seek potential opportunities for company’s growth.

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

？ High level of integrity and ethical standard

？ Strong knowledge of Tax Regulations, understand local PRC Tax; investment regulation. Customs procedures and tariffs

？ Strong leadership skill with high teamwork spirit, have ability to organize and work with people

？ High sense of ownership, multi-task skill

？ Big 4 working background

？ Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin and English is a must

？ 8 years of working experience in tax in multinational companies
