• 分析品质问题找出根源以提升品质和产能；

• 建立SOP，并指导员工操作；

• 及时提供技术支持以提升产能；

• 协调有关生产工艺和产品更换，以满足按质、按时交货；

• 监控整个生产流程按照正确的工序进行生产，纠正错误的生产流程或工序，

• 不断提升产能，及时更新相关的作业指导书；

• 辅助提升产能，改善工作环境，控制成本；

• Analyze the quality issue and dig out the root cause to improve the yield rate.

• Create or update the SOP if there is necessary.

• Train the operators according to the SOP.

• Provides technical support for all the processes rising in production on time.  Ensure production people receive enough help when they need.

• Coordinates all processes and product change as needed. Qualify and validate any new process/ equipment/ products.

• Monitoring the process implemented correctly as required. Rectify any wrong operation and process. Stabilization the process conditions.

• Keep improving process to achieve higher yield and production efficiency. And update the relevant document on time.

• Assist production people to improve the manufacturing environment and cost down.

• Do documentation including records and analyses of process。

• 任职要求：

    大专以上学历，2年以上工作经验，英语读写能力强，能翻译英语资料，电脑操作熟练，未来能在珠海上班者优先考虑。

   . University graduate is preferred.    

   . Minimum 2 years working experience in process support.  

   . Good in English of both written and spoken, expected to translate document from time to time.

   . Good team work spirit.

   · Familiar with MS offices, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
