1. Direct the sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with Company Vision and Values.
2. Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned area.
3. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Sales Executives.
4. Involved in deciding priorities shipments in case of over capacity to maintain the company sales objectives.
5. Responsible for New Business Development in the area via prospecting, qualifying, presenting and selling our services.
6. Advising the sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance and their time management.
7. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycles.
8. Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations.
9. Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts, collections and reports.
10. Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data.
11. Develop and promote new products and services as they are made available.
12. Supervise the collection efforts of Sales Executives.
13. Coordinate with related operation people and CS supervisor on day to day activities.
14. Any other duties responsibilities as requested/assigned by the line management.
