1> 有四年以上在灯饰工厂灯具生产开发的工作经验，特别是LED灯具，熟悉灯具生产工艺；能对产品结构合理性进行分析，产品包装运输安全的可行性评估。

2> 熟悉灯具的相关欧洲标准，如：EN60598，EN62471，EN60968/EN60969，EN61347, EN62031, EN 62384, EN61000等等。

3> 熟悉灯具行业的相关测试，如EMC，IP，温升等测试；

4> 有较好的英文读写能力，责任心强，能够承受一定工作压力和很好的团队协作能力。

5> 有良好的沟通理解能力，能将问提点和要求无障碍地与生产工厂，实验室进行交流。

6> 有比较强的动手能力，积极上进，听从工作安排。

职责：

1>     对灯具产品进行拆解，评估，测试，并制作一份完整的（英文）技术报告。

2>     审核产品整灯或零部件的相关测试报告和证书。

3>     对产品进行安全性评估，安排温升测试。

4>     对品质部提供技术协助进行质量监控，解决技术疑难。

[Lighting Technical Engineer]

Requirements:

1.    At least 4 years or above working experience in lighting field, especially LED lighting fixture, which specialized in Engineering or production Dept., be acquaint with lighting processing technique; Able to analyze the reasonable of the construction and the reasonable packaging for transportation.

2.    Be familiar with European standards for lighting, such as EN60598, EN62471, EN60968/EN60969, EN61347, EN62031, EN 62384, EN61000,etc.

3.    Be familiar with relative tests in lighting field, such as EMC, IP, thermal test, etc.

4.    Proficient English skill to read & write, highly responsible, self-motivated, good cooperation together with the team member.

5.    Good skill on communication, question and demand could be accessible communicate to the manufacture or testing Lab.

6.    Good Hands on ability, making progress actively, listen to work arrangements.

 

Job scope:

1.    Dismantling, checking, testing with the article, and create a complete English technical report.

2.    Checking with the testing report or certificate which done by third party Lab, for complete item or components.

3.    Analyze with the item in safety side, and arrange the thermal test.

4.    Provide technical support to quality department whenever needed.

National Lighting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (“NLSC”) is the China office of The National Lighting Company Limited (“NLC”). Which consists of Brilliant AG, Poole Lighting, Endon and Saxby (the “Lighting Group”). These companies are all involved in the design and sourcing of lighting fixtures. NLSC is located in Shenzhen, and works closely with Chinese lighting fixture manufacturers. The role of NLSC is to work in partnership with the Lighting Group to ensure that products sourced from China and supplied to the Lighting Group are consistently and efficiently supplied on time, in full and to specification. In order to fulfil its role the NLSC provides specialist services including: Supply Chain Management, Product Development, Quality Assurance & Control, Order Processing, Administration, Purchasing & Sourcing and Factory Development.
NLSC is a key contributor to the overall success of NLC and works under the direction NLC staff located in the UK and in close partnership with NLC staff.
