Shenzhen site Finance Julie CHEN shall apply maternity leave during Feb~Jul/Aug'2020, we need a temporary accountant to do her job. Jan~Jun is the peak season for Finance due to the annual auditing and annual tax filing. 

Main jobs will be:

- Scan invoice to SASA, print JV for filing

- Prepare payment proposal and e-banking payment instruction, print bank statement and attach to related invoice for filing

- VAT invoice checking/validating, contact with vendor for the invoice issues- T&E profile update

- FX deal, cash flow forecast report, exposure report- Bank auto payment information to SASA for JV preparation

- T&E follow-up per Shared Service Center or end user request

- Other jobs assigned by the direct manager

Profile (candidate's skills)

- Good learning and communication skills

- At least 2 years experience with SAP

- Solid experience with accounts payable

- Good knowledge of China VAT invoice

- Practice of e-banking and familiar with bank payments process

- Good player of Excel, Word and PPT

- Fluent English, both Oral and Written

- Treasury experience will be plus but not must
