Marketing Executive

Reporting to Marketing Director

MAIN TASKS

-   In charge of data update: active & EOL list, SOSI by keylines, launch plan, marketing calendar, sample plan, tester plan, A&P.

-   In charge of monthly marketing dashboard reports consolidation and sharing: SOSI by keylines, launch plan, marketing calendar, CRM KPI report, VIP programs report, TM GWP report, event report, together with weekly and monthly CWR/GMBR.

-   In charge of panel reports (Beaute Research): be the contact point of BR, provide data in time to BR, update the access list whenever needed, prepare analysis and issue reports every quarter, share to CMT.

-   Consolidate the monthly competitor information, summarize key competitors' behavior (new launches/repromo campaigns) & performance

-   Prepare meetings/concalls/visits, including meeting room booking, agenda consolidation, meeting material consolidation and sharing (1 day before), meeting room checking and preparation 15 minutes before meeting, taking minutes for internal meetings.

-   Assist to prepare for Budget/R1/R2 through data collection, charts illustration and report revision.

-   Responsible for MKT team's daily administration eg. flight booking, accommodation arrangement and meeting room reservation.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS    

-   Fluent in Mandarin and English, in both written and oral communication

-   Strong office skills (PPT, Excel)

-   Bachelor degree

-   At least 3 years' experience in FMCG/cosmetic/luxury/ fashion brands
