公司开设了三条SMT线, 日产量40万件，插件线二条, 日插件量可达1０万件。生产装备雅玛哈YV100x-F+YV88X多功能机、八温区回流焊满足元件从1005的片状元件到５４***的ＱＦＰ及ＢＧＡ，芯片的帮脚间距最小达３.５mil。
