深圳招聘

1. 掌握阿里后台基本操作技能，关键词收集维护、标题设定优化、产品文案的编写优化、橱窗P4P操作。 

2. 掌握一定的图片处理能力、企业旺铺设计优化。 

3. 做好P4P优化，利用P4P产品关联其他产品，控制花费，增加效果。

4. 针对阿里后台曝光量较大、热搜词、较多询盘来源词、有订单的产品进行重点优化，提高曝光和转化率。 

5、前期工作以培训为主，为客户进行基本的阿里国际站运营培训工作

 要求： 

1、有阿里巴巴后台操作经验者。

2.电脑熟练，英语四级以上，英文听说读写熟练 。

3．为人谦虚、积极主动，能够及时发现并解决问题，有良好的学习能力及责任感、奉献精神和团队合作精神等 。
