Responsibilities:

Take part in new machine installation and commissioning
Coordinate with quality dept. to provide on-line training to all the operators and ensure them to follow the quality policies
Be responsible for work order release and follow up. And also can change over in time when schedule adjusted
Manage EHS of CNC production area to ensure compliance. Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
Develop and plan jobs by setting priority and assigning appropriate skill level to implement the processes to produce quality products timely.
Assess employee performance, providing frequent constructive feedback by way of employee performance reviews.
Provide timely accurate reports on departmental quality, efficiency, machine down time and scrap


Requirements:

College Degree or higher, major in mechanical engineering
More than 8 years CNC production management experience, proficient in CNC program and CNC machine maintenance.
Strong hand-on work ability and problem solving skills
With strong responsibility and positive working attitude, be familiar with quality system and ISO9000/9001 Standard
Good command of Mandarin and English
