职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司的需求调研及项目管理，促进团队内部、跨部门之间的沟通协作，营造和谐的工作氛围；结合需求紧急程度及需求必要性，对项目进行评审、排期；阶段性汇总部门工作情况，并结合公司的整体发展战略，合理规划本部门的工作；
2、结合项目评审结果，制定项目开发方案，合理分工，及时跟进、高效解决项目开发过程中的问题，推动项目开发进度并对项目的开发周期进行全局把控和调整；
3、负责项目的成本管控、资源管理等，督促项目按计划交付，确保各项待开发项目高效、有序地开展，并对项目交付结果负责；
4、负责把控项目开发过程中各项文档资料的完整性与准确性，以及项目信息资料变更的准确性与及时性；
5、负责组织项目会议，包括项目开展中涉及的各项评审会，以及关键里程碑或阶段性的评审工作，确保会议高效举行，汇总会议资料文件并实现部门内部资料共享；
6、负责系统上线培训及项目交付使用的问题答疑；
7、及时收集行业资讯，并能结合公司的发展需求及行业现状，引进科学、先进的技术；
8、负责培养、优化、管理部门人员，提升部门的整体业务水平及专业技能。
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算与科学技术相关专业；五年及以上前后端开发工作经验，三年及以上项目管理或团队管理经验；
2、精通Oracle、Mysql或SQL SERVER等常用数据库，并熟练掌握SQL、存储过程及调优；精通常用的linux操作命令，熟练掌握maven，svn，git，jenkins等工具；
3、精通Spring、SpringMVC，Mybatis等主流开发框架，有Springboot经验；精通 HTML5、CSS3、JavaScript等前端技术，熟悉常用数据结构、算法、设计模式，具备良好的编码风格；
4、精通VUE等主流开发框架，熟悉java后台语言，有一定的java开发经验，熟悉基本的计算机网络概念，熟悉HTTP/HTTPS协议及其他Web标准规则；
5、具备优秀问题判断能力和解决能力，能高效解决突发性的问题，降低延期风险；具备优秀的组织能力和沟通能力，能高效组织并协调相关部门；具备较强的项目管理技能；优秀的逻辑思维能力及数据整合分析能力；强烈的学习意愿与自驱力；
8、认真负责、积极主动，具备较强的风险把控能力及团队赋能力等；具备强烈的团队合作精神，高度认可企业文化；
