Job Purpose

The compliance specialist will manage and arrange training to supplier on compliance audit. Ensure supplier pass customer’s official audit and keep compliance with customer’s requirement continuously. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving capabilities and good communication skills.

合规专员负责管理和安排供应商的合规审核培训。确保供应商通过客户的正式审核，并持续遵守客户的要求。具备较强的解决问题能力和良好的沟通能力。

Responsibilities

·         Conduct compliance pre-audit for new factory, confirm the audibility of new factory.

·         Coordinate Factory registration and Factory Vetting.

·         Make Audit preparation with factory, include but not limited to Quality system, Social Compliance, C-TPAT, Environmental, FSC, RCS/GRS etc.

·         Keep updated of compliance requirements of clients and make improvement plan for any changes impacting company and factories.

·         Provide compliance training and advice to factories.

·         Conduct onsite internal audit at factories for continuous improvement.  

·         Draft and submit CAP to third party or client in a timely and accurate manner.

·         Follow up CAP and make efforts to keep factories continuously improving on compliance performance.

·         Establish and maintain compliance data base of all factories.

·         Assist to establish internal quality system with knowledge of quality management.

·         Other QA assignments assigned by supervisor, e.g. products inspection.

·         协调工厂注册和工厂审核。

·         协助工厂为客户审核做准备，包括但不限于质量体系,社会责任,C-TPAT、环境、FSC、RCS / GRS等。

·         定期更新客户关于合规方面的要求，并制定改进计划来应对影响公司和工厂的任何更改。

·         为工厂提供合规培训和建议。

·         对工厂进行现场内部审核以确保持续改进。

·         起草并及时准确地提交CAP给第三方或客户。

·         跟踪CAP并尽力使工厂持续满足合规方面的要求。

·         建立和维护所有工厂的合规数据库。

·         运用质量管理知识协助建立公司内部质量体系。

·         其他由主管分配的质量保证任务，如产品检验。

Competencies

·         Ability to recognize and avoid conflicts of interest, keeping the best interest of the company paramount and your reputation for honest and fair dealing intact.

·         College degree or above, major in engineering or related discipline

·         Over 5 years of experience in compliance audit, preferably with Quality audit, Social compliance audit, C-TPAT audit, Environmental, FSC, RCS/GRS audit.

·         Knowledge in customer audit requirement, preferably with retailer Target, Wal-Mart, Dollar General and Lowe’s etc.

·         Passionate and positive attitude. Strives for high compliance.

·         Excellent English skills and written

·         充满热情和积极的态度。追求卓越。

·         优秀的英语读写能力
