工作职责:
GTM
The Role
The GTM Manager, reporting to General Manager, is responsible for global online and offline channel GTM strategies development and deployment; Strengthen business partner management and continuous efficiency improvement. Continue to optimize field sales operation management and efficiency improvement.
In this role you will:
Define online and offline channel GTM business model and lead to take the projects to actions
Define and develop global online and offline business model/product strategies by channels. Play a leading role to define key opportunities and develop a sustainable business model.
Develop and lead pilot projects to understand channel insights, drive operation efficiency and deliver best-in-class execution in channels.
Define and develop clear roadmap and OKRs to track/review the progress. Take leadership in developing projects and implementation.
Develop and optimize GTM team operation management.
Review and define key issues and opportunities of product launches.
Develop and deliver key operation process and standard.
Continue to improve the operation efficiency.
Provide best service to internal region sales team.
Best practice sharing and application
Standardize channel ?management tool with clear assessment criteria, planning & review, operation process, and measurement OKR.
Define and develop region/channel key business development roadmap and opportunities. Drive sales organization development is fully in line with company strategy
任职资格:
Key Qualifications
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
10 years of relevant experience in GTM roles, oversea sales / headquarter / central oversea sales management /Marketing experience is nice to have.
Good project management experience with proven results
Strong communication, presentation skill
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Ability to analyze, summarize and apply business findings and results
Ability to leverage resources in the organization
Ability to handle complex and matrix relationship and decision process
Fluent English and Chinese writing and speaking skills * Required
Team management experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
