As a Customer Sales Operations Specialist (CSO), you need extend relentless effort to achieve Best in Class service by effectively orchestrating customer communication and orders from inception to fulfillment and managing the people, processes and data connected to the order as it moves through its lifecycle. You are capable to forge strong relationship with customers and Channel partners with excellent customer service, accountable for Order Management Accuracy/Efficiency with Audit compliance, responsible for service and supply matters to customers.

 

You will be responsible for interacting with our customer base to maintain and grow Micron’s customer relationships. It will be necessary for you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure market share and sales plan, LTA goals are met, while considering Micron’s best interest and adhering to Micron Values:

As CSO in GSM (Global Supply Management), you are expected to provide clear commitments to our customers and align our planning, manufacturing execution and fulfillment to the common goal; consistently be strong escalation point for delivery issues for Customer, Sales and business teams.
