职位描述
Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
Client’s Administration and Sales Assistant
Being based in our client’s office in Shenzhen, you will be responsible for:
- Administration
- Handling office administration such as ordering office supplies, tenancy and utility arrangements, etc.
- Preparation of visa invitation letter application
- Liaise with Dezan Shira and ensure all work procedures are correct
- Miscellaneous supporting to client’s daily operation
- Sales Assistant
- Preparing documents such as quotation, purchase order, invoice, etc.
- Following up the sales agreement and payment;
- Coordinate the client’s suppliers and customers to support the client’s operative team
- Be assistance for the handling custom declaration such as import and export goods
- Handling of the exhibition matters as needed
Assistant for Corporate Accounting Services
- Preparing management report such as petty cash report, expense report, accounts receivable/payable reports, etc.
- Collecting of the client’s supporting document for the monthly bookkeeping
- Preparing the vouchers and ledgers of the monthly bookkeeping
- Preparing the payroll information, including but not limited to the contributions of the social insurances and the housing fund, etc.
- Preparing the treasury processing via the bank cheque, the e-banking system, the on-site applications in the bank;
- Handling of the documents in tax authorities as needed
- Handling of the invoice billing;
- Handling of the filing of the taxes;
- Be assistant to the management of the existing clients together with the senior managers and account managers;
- Miscellaneous supporting to internal finance team
Job Requirements:
Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication ability
- Good customer service attitude and skills
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Be flexible enough to adapt to working under tight deadlines
- Reliable and accurate; with effective problem-solving skills and ability to work as a good team player
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Educational Background
Diploma or above degree, major in English or related.
