职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Handle the 4PL KPI reporting and regular logistics performance, review with the clients - ship to delivery, on time delivery, EDI and etc. As AP focal to coordinate the country focal to provide the reason code for late shipment, EDI to IBM within the target date, and RCA if there is;
2.Take the ownership of hotlist communication including status update to client and any abnormal/incident i.e. loss and damage may impact hotlist order delivery.As AP contact point for the escalated urgent/critical shipments - to work with 3PL and Geodis SOS team on logistics solutions which can best satisfy customers' needs;
3.Take Q-end management.Risk matrix timely submission to GCSO global team, network issue timely communication with GSCO global focal, and clients AP team if needed.
4.Interlock with AP clients and report at the WW GSCO calls with the client;
5.Coordinate AP monthly loss & damage status update between client AP focal and GSCO OMS L&D team;
6.Responsible to engage and drive for the improvements of the customer satisfaction with the logistics service provided to them by GSCO as a 4PL. The AP focal to work with cross function team to narrow/close the gap between what is required/perceived by the client vs what is actually delivered to them;
7.To build up very good supportive and cooperative relations and keep very close communications with the client in the daily operations;
8.To engage and drive for operations excellence, network optimization through collaboration across team to meet SCO’s strategy as well as customer’s expectation.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above;
2.At least 3 years logistics experience in client facing, network/performance management;
3.At least 1 year above experience in team lead or project management role;
4.Very fluent English (oral/written);
5.Great adaptability,very good communication skills;
6.Teamwork and collaboration ;
7.Analytic skills and logical thinking;
8.Hard working.
