This is a short-term potision with 8 months contract.

Job Duties:

• Issue P/O and Fcst for all demands from sales regions to suppliers under the charge & control the operation with other Global demands.
  
• Control the available date for the shipment and keep eyes on the progress of production activities in suppliers to fulfill the demands from sales regions,.
• Manages suppliers, re-confirm the cargo ready date/QTY through the system & take care of day-to-day delivery with suppliers based on the production schedule.
• Work as a member of Central ODM fulfilment & Logistics, and report the status of Central ODM fulfilment & Logistics to the team manger periodically based on the monthly PSI & Operation plan.
• Identify any issues regarding supply chain and/or production with view of QCD and simultaneously note it to China ODM fulfilment manager and related teams in Sound United to solve them as necessary.
• Advises and counsels in resolving disagreements with ODM venders including conducting investigations and dispute resolution.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

• Three years or above of progressive SCM experience.

• Business level English.
• Ability to handle order management information and analyses production planning data.
• Ability to act as a mediator/problem solver when differences arise.
• Professionally conduct sensitive and tough negotiation with ODM venders to reach at the conclusion which must develop Win-Win relationship.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communications skills.
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications—Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Better to have Audio / Video related manufacturing operation planning experience, or any electronics basis supply chain control or management experience, or business operation / finance / logistics at least sea freight knowledge.
