品类管理和新产品开发

? 管理分配的品类，进行品类分析，并针对相应品类制定、推荐开发策略；

? 开发可为客户带来明显收益的产品，并管理现有的产品线；

? 与多个职能部门协作，管理新品开发的流程，包括分析、品类管理、采购和品牌、质量控制、包装设计和门店管理；

? 进行品类回顾， 诠释趋势和其他销量分析数据；

? 针对现有产品组合制定营销战略（4P）并确保执行。

品牌和市场营销管理

? 制定产品上市后市场营销方案，包含但不限于线下门店推广产品和数字化营销。

任职要求：

? 大学本科学历；

? 5年以上专业工作经验，快消行业贸易营销或品类管理经验优先；

? 加分项：有玩具，文具或体育用品经验，或是自有品牌管理经验；

? 有较强的数据敏感度，逻辑思维以及沟通能力与团队协作技能；

- 对关键业务职能有较好的理解，如商业，财务与供应链；

? 能有效地建立和维护与客户及合作伙伴的关系；

? 普通话，英文流利。
