Business Development Manager, South China (base in Shenzhen)

In order to further expand our market and achieve our business goals, Adimec is looking for a Business Development Manager with technical background for South China (Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi & Hunan) market. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for Adimec marketing and sales activities in South China, supported by Adimec Shanghai local team as well as Adimec headquarter in Eindhoven.

Shanghai Adimec Trading Co., Ltd was set up in 2018 and it is a wholly-owned subsidiaries of Adimec Aadvanced Image Systems BV. To further expand the growth potential in South China this job position becomes available.

Job mission

In corporation with Adimec Shanghai local team, our Business Lines and the Management Team of Adimec Eindhoven, your target is to develop and manage the relations with OEM-customers and channel partners in South China from a business-perspective. In order to be successful we defined four focus areas which you are responsible for:

Business Development:Take care for strong development of business opportunities in South China market with the main focus on the strategic applications.

Account Management:Organize strong account management and customers relations such that an optimal balance exists between customer satisfaction, turnover and profit.

Marketing:Contribute to the marketing activities of the Adimec Group in South China in alignment with Adimec Shanghai team.

Organization:Report to Business Director at Adimec Shanghai.

Job Requirements

· A technical university degree or a strong technical affinity combined with business education;

· Fulltime availability;

· You have perfect language skills in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written);

· Strong business development background in B2B industry, understand the value chain of high performance and high value added products, at least 5 years experience in value selling;

· Preferable experience in the machine vision (industrial camera) market;

· Preferable knowledges about industrial cameras;

· Preferable knowledges about X-ray imaging;

· Personal skills: entrepreneur with enthusiasm and energy to build bridges and bring people and processes together, driven, passionate, integer, commercial savvy,customer oriented and a strong communicator;

· It is not expected that you carry all job related competences yourself but you have to manage the supports from Adimec Shanghai local team as well as from headquarter in Eindhoven.
