Job Summary

To support quality team to handle the RMA product Failure analysis and customer complains. Provide the detailed Failure analysis report by cases, guide the technician to finish the repair of customer return within certain timeline, provide models TBFA summary to manufactory Quality/CQE to improve customer field return performance, support RMA manager to achieve the annually target on Overall backlog, TAT and Aging improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible to perform failure analysis on AC/DC & DC/DC power supply products returned from customers.

• Responsible to write up in English the FA report meeting the deadline with root causes analysis & CA Plan.

• Ensures that corrective actions are implemented in factory.

• Maintain the FA cycle time within 1days failure verified, 7days root cause identified and report sent out to customer.

• Interfaces with CQE for any customer complains on product quality defect.

• Report to RMA Manager, in case supporting to production Failure analysis is required.

• Located in Shenzhen China, Some oversea travelling needed

  
  

  Requirements:

  
  

• Technical / Professional skill/Experience

• Minimum 5 years in an electronic Switching Power supplier manufacturing field
• Possesses technical knowledge of power supply working theory, prototype, and Troubleshooting techniques.
• Possesses a complete understanding of quality tools such as IPC standards, FMEA, Fishbone, 5Whys and etc.
• Have a good knowledge of ISO 9000 standards, ESD programs, and Total Quality management.
• Familiar with IPC-A-610 PCBA workmanship standards and familiar with process of DVT, ESS, ORT and life testing.
• Have computer skills on PC software, include office, D365, and Engineering PLM..
• Excellent problem-solving skills; logically solves problems.
• Can works under pressure to handle cases with customer directly.
• Must meet frequent deadlines
• Can interface with external and internal vendors/customers if necessary.
• Works independently for customer complains/failure analysis.
• Manage his sub-team to fulfill the company target for repair strategy, encourage technician to improve them daily output by training/guidance.

• Education/Language

• BSEE is a must; 5years related field can be considerable.

• Fluent in English (Oral and Writing).
