The position (EE design engineer) will be based in Shenzhen, mainly responsible for a product development which integrated technology of switching power supply, BMS and Lithium battery.

• Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Design including component selection, function circuit design, PCB layout, EMC , Safety, Reliability etc.
• 零件选型，线路图设计，PCB layout指导，EMC测试整改 和 安规，可靠性相关工作。
• Magnetic design and verification
• 磁性元器件的设计和验证。
• Review customer specification and clarify customer requirement
• 理解客户规格书并对不清晰的地方同客户澄清和确认。

• BOM management, design verification, debug and design optimization
• BOM整理，产品测试及优化
• Trouble shooting and solution, failure analysis report
• 问题分析和整改并出具详细分析报告。
• Support and implement design review procedure and check list to project design.
• 参与设计评审
• Support NPI manufacturing in factory
• 工厂生产技术支援

• Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• Bachelor (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation.
• 电力电子或自动控制专业本科以上学历。
• >2 year design experience in power supply design (Telecom, Server, UPS ...)
• 两年以上从事电源产品硬件开发经验（通信电源，服务器电源，UPS等）
• Product development experience on Lithium battery is preferred
• 具有锂电池相关产品开发经验者优先考虑。
• Development experience on high speed digital or communication circuits
• 具有高速线路通讯线路设计开发经验者优先
• Familiar with instruments used for power supply design
• 熟悉电源测试相关仪器设备的使用。
• Familiar with engineering tools such as MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PSIM, PADs,
• 熟悉Mahcad，SIMetrix， PSIM，PADs<
