Business Unit: Industrial & Logistics Services - Shenzhen
Reports To: Department Director, Industrial & Logistics Services – Shenzhen

SUMMARY

Key roles and responsibilities of a Negotiator / Senior Negotiator / Assistant Manager, Industrial & Logistics Services – Shenzhen are to:

I. Generate agency business in the sale and/or leasing of properties for the Department and Company, working as an integral member of a cohesive team to meet the Department’s annual budget.

II. Achieve personal professional revenue target via leasing transactions, sales and referrals, etc. and meet the business targets set for you.

III. Service the sale or leasing requirements of clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate and secure repeat business and referrals for the Department and Company.

IV. To assist in marketing programmes, collation of data information, and research activities.

V. To carry out any other duties as assigned by your Department Director, Industrial & Logistics – Shenzhen or Management.

REQUIREMENTS

· Fluent spoken and written Mandarin; fluency in English preferred, but not essential.
· Business development experience; industrial and logistics sales and leasing experience preferred.
· Proficiency in computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges.
· Organized, self-motivated and a team player.
