该职位主要位于Microchip上海浦东办事处。作为亚洲IT服务团队的一员，他/她将加入团队以支持亚太地区不断扩展的基础架构环境。他/她应该具有Linux系统的基本经验。

   

工作职责：

• 作为第二梯队提供电脑系统的技术支持包含Linux及Windows系统的支持；
• 支持或管理基础架构环境的部署及维护；
• 监视基础架构环境（生产和开发环境）以确保系统可用性；
• 记录系统的操作，工作指导书，赠送系统中的本地程序；
• 与公司Linux管理团队合作，以确保区域Linux环境符合公司标准；
• 与本地支持供应商进行互动以解决服务器硬件问题/升级/维护；

    

工作要求

• 计算机科学/信息技术相关学位或以上，1~2年工作经验；
• 具有基础Linux操作系统管理经验；
• 拥有1~2年日常IT现场运维工作经验；
• 具有VMware ESXi经验者优先；
• 具有Windows / Linux服务器部署和维护经验者优先；
• 具有安装和应用系统和硬件补丁的经验者优先；
• ***具有NFS，NIS / LDAP，CIFS技术支持及维护经验；

  具有独立工作能力和良好的团队合作精神，学习力强，工作积极主动；

  

Job description:

This position will primarily locate in Microchip Shanghai PuDong office. As part of Asia IT services team, he/she will join the team to support the expanding infrastructure environment in Asia Pacific regions. He/she should have basic experiences of Linux systems.

    

Job Responsibilities:

• Second-tier desktop support and Linux or windows OS support
• Support or handle infrastructure environment deployment and maintenance
• Monitor infrastructure environments (production and development) to ensure system availability;
• Document systems operations, work instructions, local procedures in giving system;
• Work with corporate Linux administration team to ensure corporate standards apply to regional Linux environment.
• Interact with local support vendors for server hardware problem resolution/upgrade/maintenance.  

  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with 2 years of experience;
• Basic Linux system administration experience on Linux Operating System;
• Experience in 2 years day to day IT operations support;
• Experience in VMware ESXi preferable;
• Experience in Windows/Linux server deployment and maintenance preferable;
• Experience in installing and applying patches for systems and hardware preferable;
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting NFS, NIS/LDAP, CIFS problems preferable;
• Able to work independently and good team player;
