• 为区域内的潜在客户制定客户价值路线图，并在公司的支持下获得客户的认可
• 在客户组织的各个层面建立和发展可信赖的关系，以确保3DS业务的可持续发展
• 借助公司各团队支持为客户提供高级的顾问服务，创造生意机会，并实现商机的转化
• 执行完整的LEVERAGE销售业务流程，超额实现收入计划
• 在遵守所有3DS流程(SBO、IOC、CLOSA、收入确认)、政府和地方法规、DS政策和道德标准的前提下，完成与客户的谈判
• 负责公司在区域内的业务发展策略，为创新中心提供开展关联业务的商务支持，例如行业研讨会以及孵化项目等

任职资格：

• 8年及以上在销售/业务开发岗位的实战经验，至少5年为大型企业客户提供软件方案的销售经验
• 熟悉T&M行业，深入理解该领域的行业流程和核心业务逻辑
• 熟练掌握至少一个世界级的PLM供应商的方案和科技，在方案销售和价值营销方面有着可追溯的成功记录
• 2年以上在跨国企业的工作经验，能流利地使用英语或法语进行工作交流
• 工程或者商业行业本科学历（硕士学历更佳）
