任职资格：

1、具备良好的英语写、读、说能力。

2、良好的管理及谈判技巧，良好的沟通技巧。

3、销售及市场营销的相关经验。

4、良好的领导才能。

5、至少两到三年工厂项目管理经验。

6、有保税区海关操作的相关知识优先。

岗位职责：

1、新项目或新客户导入的控制，传递客户需求至公司内部并确认所有需求均可被满足

2、提供客户文件，如规格书、图纸、作业指导书、品质标准等给文控部门，物料清单的确认和建立 、作业指导书的确认。
3、管控客户的ECN及DA。

4、ISO相关文件的维护，如新客户维护需求表、新项目审核表等。

5、管控应收的额外费用、物料报废的费用、EOL物料的费用，整理及提供报价汇总表、额外费用汇总表等相关报告。

6、报价并监督业务助理的工作，如订单及出货的完成状况，出货文件的正确性。

7、监控需求预估的状况及处理客户投诉。

8、将客户的行为准则(COC)传达给内部相关部门。
