职位描述
任职资格：
1、至少一年以上业务助理及工厂工作经验，具备良好的英文书写能力。
2、具有一定的物流知识。
3、电脑技能良好。
4、熟悉保税区、工厂的操作流程优先。
岗位职责：
1、接受客户订单，确认订单信息并回复交期给客户。
2、指定出货计划给相关部门，与采购、生管、生产、仓库紧密联系，以确保准时出货。
3、着重于DA、重工及退货的处理。
4、准备出货资料及跟踪出货。
5、系统维护，包括客户订单、出货、FCTS等。
6、提供相关报告，如出货汇总报告、准时交货报告等。
7、协助项目主管/经理完成新项目导入及部门日常事务。
