1. Job responsibility:
a. Assist in the annual budgeting process including designing the budget process, budget templates, collecting budget input, budget communication, consolidation of budget and preparation of budget review presentation.
b. Assist in preparation of quarterly business and financial forecast.
c. Participate in preparation of long-term strategic plan for management team.
d. Assist in regular financial analysis activities to provide analysis for business decision making.
e. Assist in profitability analysis and cost control initiatives
f. Other ad hoc activities as requested by the team manager

2. Required Skills:
a. Strong Excel skills. Full competency in handling complex Excel models. Experience in designing Excel templates and models preferred.
b. Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
c. Excellent business sense.
d. Excellent presentation skills required.
e. Quick learner.
f. Good team player.

3. Required Background:
a. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, with minimum 5 years of work experience in finance and accounting.
b. Minimum 3 years of work experience in financial planning & analysis area.
