岗位职责：

1、项目主管和业务助理工作内容及职责的定义和分配。

2、确保人力资源状况，新进项目主管和业务助理的招聘。

3、项目主管和业务助理的年度绩效评估。

4、了解项目主管和业务助理日常工作的开展。

5、新项目的跟进、监督。

6、报价及成本的控制。

7、监督所有项目的执行，特别是对前景的预估。

8、监控和确保所有的行为是按照流程在执行，并优化流程。

9、将客户的行为准则（COC）传达给内部相关部门。

10、了解环境、健康、安全即EHS管理体系并跟进客户对EHS的工厂审核。
