职位描述
Achieve high speed growth yearly sales target with sustainable recruitment
Fully dedicated to Tmall/Red platform and independently take charge of Tmall/Red business, including P&L, channel launch plans, promotion plans, & KPI tracking.
Liaison with digital marketing manager to deliver brand/ digital targets i.e. awareness/ traffic/ buzz
Manage relationship with TP, operation team, Tmall/Red & etc.
Main Responsibility:
Tmall/Red channel & competitive intelligence
Be sensitive to mega trends in e-commerce & implications to Benefit
Master of Tmall/Red platform ‘game rules’ on existing & new opportunities.
Regular collection & analysis of competitor new launches, big events, updates and trends. To collect and analyze competitive deliverables (product, pricing, sets, performance, etc. To track competitors’ big events and learn more from them.
Tmall/Red brand flagship store business plan
Manage and achieve TMALL/Red sales plan, cost control target.
Consolidate launch, promotion, sampling & event plan
Site performance tracking & optimization
Build healthy business on strategic pillars: brow, pore, dandelion & make up fundamentals
Tmall/Red daily operation management
Furnish sales information (product & event pages). Real time monitoring on e-business KPIs (traffic, conversion, AUS, IPT, etc)
On-time-in-full new launch
Inventory management
Ensure the efficiency of site merchandizing, maximize the conversion of each placement. Make sure the right product is listed in the right place.
Site merchandizing planning and implementation matching Tmall/Store calendars and sales targets, incl. product life cycle and seasonal stories on daily basis
Responsible for promo/product analysis, generate reports and analyze on weekly/monthly basis to review the promo/product performance and optimize conversion accordingly
Build constructive & efficient working relationship with Tmall/Red & TP
TP training of product launches, promotions & events
Set up customers service framework, implement standard operation & deal with complaints feedbacks, incorporate customer feedback to improve online offering, identify adjustments to online pages based on customer feedback, advocate changes driven by customers.
CRM analysis& satisfaction programs to reach agreeable retention rate
Liaison with digital team on:
Digital content creation & updates
In-site paid media performance (PV, clicks, CTR, conversion rate)
Manage relationship with TP
Profiles We are looking for:
- at 3 years with solid experience in Ecommerce/Tmall
- Experience in cosmetics/FMCG industry/Category will be a plus
- fluent English in both oral and written
- data sensitive, experienced in Ali databank
- Understand Digital Marketing & in-site media
- Bachelor’s degree at least
- Have passion for Ecommerce work
