Role Purpose

    

• Working closely with the Availability team to coordinate and arrange the Pre-shipment inspection and approval smoothly to avoid any shipment delay.
• Determine the type of inspection required (internal, 3rd party or supplier/photos)

    

• Review spare parts/photo inspection bookings and reports
• Working with the Sourcing team as required to arrange any audits and first order inspections
• Coordinate to review the container loading pictures according to Nisbets Container loading guideline.
• Coordinate CAR following-up
• Send and Track any technical documentation (policies etc) sent to the supplier
• Support the QC manager in ensuring that we deliver the company objectives

    

    

    

Technical Capabilities

    

• College degree or above
• Relevant experience in foreign trading company
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• English and other office software skilled
